Instructions

  1. Banana Overnight OatsIn one bowl, mix the oatmeal together with the chocolate protein, chia seeds, cocoa powder, mashed half a banana and milk.

  2. In a second bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with the peanut butter.

  3. Prepare 2 glasses. Layer the flakes in the bottom of the glasses and top with the Greek yoghurt cream.

  4. Cut the other half of the banana into slices. Spread the bananas over the yoghurt layer.

  5. Melt the chocolate chips with the ghee butter in the microwave. Stir the chocolate and spread it over the bananas.

  6. Place the jars in the fridge and leave to set overnight.

  7. In the morning, just scoop out the chocolate layer with a spoon and you're ready for your delicious breakfast.
