This baked porridge tastes like a sweet dessert, but its contents make for a full and balanced breakfast. It combines complex carbohydrates, the natural sweetness of banana and a good portion of protein thanks to the milk. Ideal for meal prep, the lunch box or as a weekend breakfast treat that's also nutritional.

For 4 portions
- 2 bananas
- 150 g oats
- 2 tbsp baking protein
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 180 ml milk
- dark chocolate chip

Instructions

In a baking tray, smash the bananas with a fork.

Add the oats, protein, baking powder, chia seeds, and cinnamon, and mix well.

Add the milk and the maple syrup and mix again.

Finally, add the chocolate chips (according to your preference) and top it with some sliced banana.

Transfer to an oven preheated to 180°C and bake for 30 minutes.

Keep it in the fridge for up to 4 days.
