- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 200 g cane sugar
- 3 eggs
- 150 g plain flour
- 1 tsp baking powder

In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, sugar, eggs and vanilla extract. Mix well, then add the chocolate mixture and mix again.

In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture of bananas and chocolate. Mix until you have a smooth batter with no lumps.If you like, you. can add chopped walnuts.

Pour the batter into the baking tin. Put it in the preheated oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the top of the brownies is firm.

Take the brownies out of the oven and leave them to cool in the baking tin. Then place them on a rack and leave them to cool off completely.
