Discount Codes and Promotions

On the vilgain.co.uk e‑shop, we offer customers various forms of discounts and benefits, which may vary depending on current promotions, customer type, or partner program. Below you will find an overview of all options and the conditions for their use.

1. Types of discounts:

Products on promotion

Selected products are regularly included in weekly and monthly discount promotions.

  • Discount promotions labeled as “Discount up to X%” are valid while stocks last. The stated “up to X%” discount applies only to selected products within the promotion; the exact discount amount is specified for each product individually.

Discount codes

Discount codes may apply either to the entire range or only to selected products or categories.

How to use a discount code?

A discount code can be applied in the cart by clicking on “Apply voucher / discount” and selecting the discount type “Voucher / code”.

  • Multiple discount codes can be used per order, but the system will always automatically apply the discount that is most advantageous for the customer.
  • Discounts cannot be combined on the same products.

Free shipping

The standard limit for free shipping is £60. If a Free Shipping promotion is running, it is possible to shop for a lower set amount. If the promotion applies only to a specific carrier, it must be selected when completing the order.

Referral program

Thanks to the referral program, you can earn up to £160 in credits on our e‑shop. A customer can refer up to 20 new customers who make their first purchase. Credits are automatically credited to the account after meeting the program conditions. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash and can only be used for purchases on the vilgain.co.uk e‑shop. 2. Combining discounts

Discounts cannot be combined if they apply to the same products.

  • Example: If a product is on a weekly promotion with a 20% discount, an additional discount code cannot be applied to it. The relevant discount applies to other non‑discounted products in the cart.

The system will always automatically determine which discount is most advantageous for the customer when ordering.

3. General conditions

  • All discounts and promotions are valid while stocks last or until the end of the promotion, unless otherwise stated.
  • Vilgain Ltd reserves the right to change the conditions of discount promotions, their duration, and scope.
  • The current and binding information on the amount of the discount, code validity, and exact conditions can always be found with the specific product or promotion.
  • In case of misuse of discount codes or attempts at unauthorized use, the company reserves the right not to recognize the discount.
