Banana oat pancakes

Per 2 portions

For the pancakes:
  • 130 g oats
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • pinch salt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 bananas
  • 250 ml kefir
  • vanilla extract
  • 50 g dark chocolate chips
To serve:
  • Vilgain Sweet Nuts - Hazelnut Cocoa
  • Greek yoghurt
  • maple syrup

Instructions

  1. In a blender, mix oats, baking powder, salt, egg, bananas, kefir and a few drops of vanilla extract until you have a smooth batter,  then add the chocolate chips.

  2. Heat some coconut oil in a pan and cook the pancakes on each side. Then stack them into a pancake tower, spreading hazelnut butter on each layer as you build it.
  3. Top it with some Greek yoghurt, more chocolate chips, and then pour maple syrup on top. Enjoy!
