If you have a problem with taking greens powder like spirulina or chlorella, this smoothie is the recipe for you. The banana base overpowers their unpleasant taste, but nutritionally it complements them perfectly. And check out the color. Isn't it great? Instructions

  1. Start by making the smoothie - blend together a frozen banana, milk or water, protein powder and a teaspoon of spirulina.

  2. And now it's time to conjure up that perfect cloud effect in a glass - spread Greek yoghurt on the bottom, sprinkle in some spirulina and pour in the finished smoothie. Add the spirulina on top.

  3. And it's done!
