- 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
- 1 frozen banana
- 200 ml milk
- 30 g vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp spirulina

Start by making a smoothie - blend a frozen banana, milk or water, protein and a teaspoon of spirulina in a blender.

And now it's time to conjure up that perfect cloud effect in a glass - spread Greek yoghurt on the bottom, sprinkle in some spirulina and pour in the finished smoothie. Add the spirulina on top.
