Easy Banana Pancake with Fruit

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the pancake mix with water.

  2. Let it stand for about 3 minutes.

  3. Heat a non‑stick frying pan and put some ghee on it. Place the sliced banana.

  4. Pour the batter evenly over the banana and after a moment, turn the heat down to half. Cover and bake for 3‑5 minutes.

  5. You don't have to flip the pancake, but you can. Turn it out onto a plate, drizzle with maple syrup, toppings and sprinkle with crispies.
