Base:
- 70 g protein pancake & waffle mix
- 80 ml water
- 1 banana
- ghee butter spray
Topping:
- maple syrup
- Vilgain Sweet Nuts Topping - salted caramel
- milk chocolate protein crispies
- blueberries
Instructions

In a bowl, mix the pancake mix with water.

Let it stand for about 3 minutes.

Heat a non‑stick frying pan and put some ghee on it. Place the sliced banana.

Pour the batter evenly over the banana and after a moment, turn the heat down to half. Cover and bake for 3‑5 minutes.

You don't have to flip the pancake, but you can. Turn it out onto a plate, drizzle with maple syrup, toppings and sprinkle with crispies.
