Per 8 portions
- 150 g wholegrain spelt flour
- 1 banana
- 2 tsp baking powder
- pinch vanilla powder
- 40 g cane sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions

Mash the ripe banana with a fork. -
Mix the mashed banana with the spelt flour, baking powder and a pinch of ground vanilla.

Butter your hands and work the dough.

Roll the dough into 8 equal sized balls and place them in a hot air fryer.

Spray the balls with ghee butter spray.

Bake at 180 °C for 8 minutes.

After baking, roll the doughnuts in cane sugar and cinnamon.
