  1. 3-Ingredient Protein Banana PancakesSlice the banana and mash with a fork in a bowl.

  2. Add the egg and mix well.

  3. Finally, mix the mixture thoroughly with the vanilla protein so that no lumps form.

  4. Heat a little coconut oil spray in a pan over medium heat and use a spoon to form rounds about 0.5 cm thick. Fry on both sides until golden brown.

  5. Serve the finished fritters with whatever you like best. We chose Greek yogurt, freeze‑dried berries, maple syrup and caramel protein granola. Well, we can only recommend this combo. It's guaranteed to make your morning better and get you started for the day. 💪🏻
