- 70 g chocolate protein mug cake mix
- 70 ml water
- 1 banana
- 100 g Greek yoghurt
- vanilla stevia drops
- 20 g dark chocolate
- 3 g coconut oil

In a bowl, mash banana. Add Protein Mug Cake Mix - brownie flavour.

Pour the mixture into a microwave‑safe bowl. Heat the batter in the microwave for 2.5‑3 minutes.

Sweeten the yoghurt with flavour drops. Spread the yoghurt cream over the baked banana base.

Place the chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave for 30 seconds. Stir to create a chocolate coating. Pour this over the top of the dish and spread over the surface.

At the end, just decorate with freeze‑dried fruit and set aside in the fridge to harden. For at least 2 hours, even overnight. Enjoy!
