Make a claim or return goods within 30 days
If there are any issues with your order, or if you've had a change of heart, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. You can email us at support@vilgain.co.uk. In your email, please provide the reason for the return. When returning the products, please include the order number.
You can also print the form and fill it in manually.
