Return policy

Make a claim or return goods within 14 days.

If you encounter any issues with your order, or if you've had a change of heart, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. You can do so by sending an email to support@vilgain.com. In your email, please provide the reason for the return. When returning the products, please include the receipt or invoice document, as well as a copy of the email you sent to to Smetanova 1022/19, Brno 602 00, Czech Republic.
