Long‑term unavailable—Goods are currently unavailable from our supplier. If you are interested in more information, please contact our customer support. - If your order is cancelled for whatever reason, the money will be refunded to the card within 5 working days.
- If the order is still with us and has not been forwarded to the carrier, please contact our customer support. If the order is already with the carrier, please do not accept the order. Once the carrier returns it to our warehouse, we will automatically refund your card within 5 business days.
- If the order has been paid by card or has already been completed and handed over to the carrier, then any changes to the order are not possible and the order must be cancelled or not accepted. Otherwise, please contact our customer support immediately.
- We do not facilitate exchanges. However, if you return your order to us, we will refund you and you can create a new order.
