Per 2 portions
- 50 g spelt flour
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 140 g non-fat Greek yoghurt
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 pinch garlic granules
- 1 pinch dried basil
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 60 g puttanesca sauce
- 40 g tomatoes
- 70 g ready-to-eat chicken
- 20 g sweetcorn
- 40 g mozzarella
- basil
- 1 tsp olive oil
Instructions

Grease a baking dish about 10x20 cm with a drop of oil. -
Add the yoghurt, flour and other ingredients for the pizza base to the bowl and mix everything together.

Spread the base dough in the bowl so that the edges are thicker and a well is formed in the middle for the filling.

Spread tomato sauce on the dough, add tomatoes, meat, corn, cheese and a little basil or pizza seasoning.

Finally, lightly drizzle the pizza with olive oil and bake it at 180 °C for about 35 - 40 minutes.
