- 16 potatoes
- 16 tsp ketchup
- pizza seasoning mix
- 120 g mozzarella
- avocado oil
- 50 g sausage

Wash the smaller potatoes in their skins and boil until soft. On a baking sheet with baking paper, cut them crosswise from the top.

Using a piece of baking paper and a glass, mash the potatoes by placing the paper on top of the potato and mashing with the glass.

Spread a teaspoon of ketchup on each potato, sprinkle with pizza seasoning and shredded mozzarella (you can use eidam, it stretches better).

Put small pieces of sausage on top of the cheese. Bake at 200 °C for 35‑40 minutes, depending on how browned you want them.
