- 200 g ready-to-eat chicken breast
- 2 tbsp sugo basilico
- 30 g black olives
- 30 g canned sweetcorn
- 1 pinch pizza seasoning mix
- 1 packet mini pizza base
- 1 pinch coriander
- 1 tbsp sour cream

For the meat, finely shred some cooked chicken (we made it easier for ourselves and used our canned chicken breasts, which are cooked and seasoned).

Add two tablespoons of tomato sugo, a handful of chopped black olives, canned sweetcorn, and season with some pizza seasoning mixture. Mix well and heat up in the microwave.

Add the meat mixture to one half of the Mini pizza base and fold it over. Fry them in a pan on both sides until golden.

Serve with a sour cream and coriander dip. Enjoy!
