Ingredients
- 3 mini pizza bases
- 40 g 30% edam cheese
- 80 g beef mince
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 15 g iceberg lettuce
- 50 g tomatoes
- 25 g pickle
- 15 g red onion
- 70 g non-fat Greek yoghurt
- 30 g low sugar ketchup
- 10 g mustard

Preheat your air fryer to 190 °C.

Add the cheese and browned beef to the mini pizza dough and place in a hot air fryer for about 5‑7 minutes, until the cheese melts.

While you're at it, prepare the sauce - just mix yogurt, ketchup, mustard, salt, pepper and a little cucumber liqueur.
