- tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 300 g chicken meat
- 3 tsp pesto genovese
- 1 packet gnocchi
- 2 tbsp ricotta
- 200 ml water
- 50 g spinach leaves
- salt
- pepper
- oregano
- parmesan
- fresh basil
Instructions

Sauté chopped onion, garlic, chicken, salt and pepper in olive oil. -
Stir in three tablespoons of basil pesto, two heaped tablespoons of ricotta, 200 ml of water, oregano and cook the whole packet of gnocchi in the mixture. When the gnocchi are cooked, add the spinach and let it simmer.

Finally, add fresh basil and serve sprinkled with parmesan cheese.
