- 150 g protein pancake & waffle mix
- 180 ml water
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp garlic granules
- 1/2 tsp onion granules
- 1/2 tsp sweet paprika
- cayenne pepper
- sea salt
- 100 g ready-to-eat chicken breast
- 4 tsp sugo basilico
- 1 mozzarella
- 20 g parmesan
- fresh basil
- olive oil spray
Instructions

Mix the protein mixture with water and spices. Let the dough rest for about 2 minutes. -
In the meantime, heat up your waffle maker.

Spray the hot waffle iron with olive oil spray and pour the batter into it.

Add the torn chicken breasts, torn mozzarella, tomato sugo and grated parmesan cheese to the dough.

Bake everything together until golden brown.

Carefully remove the baked pizza from the waffle maker, garnish with basil leaves, mozzarella and parmesan cheese and serve.
