Per 4 portions
- 9 slices of toasted bread
- 250 g tomato passatas
- 150 g grated mozzarella cheese
- 400 g kuřecího stehna v nálevu
- 159,7 g sweetcorn
- chilli flake
- Italian seasoning blends
- basil
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
-
Line a baking tray or tin with a baking paper and spread a thin layer of olive oil. This helps to make the bottom of the toasts crunchy, too.
-
Put the first layer of the sandwich bread at the bottom of the tin, filling the whole tray. Spread the tomato sauce over the top evenly.
-
Spread the first half of the pulled chicken over the sauce. Add grated cheese, a little bit of corn and season to your own preference.
-
Then add another layer of bread and repeat the layering – sauce, chicken, corn and cheese. Add some Italian herbs to the top for a stronger taste.
-
Put it in an oven preheated to 200 °C and bake for 15‑20 minutes. Watch it carefully towards the end of the cooking time, ensuring the cheese is golden and bubbly. If your oven has a grill, put it under it for the last 2‑3 minutes, for a proper crunch.
-
And it's ready to serve – enjoy!
