- 350 g cauliflower
- 1 egg
- 10 g linseed
- salt
- pepper
- oregano
- 55 g tomato puree
- 50 g ham
- 50 g mozzarella
- basil

Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

Separate the cauliflower into florets and cook until tender. Drain it and squeeze out any excess water. Blend until smooth. Add the egg, flaxseed and seasoning. Make a dough.

Line a baking tray with baking paper. Transfer the dough to the tray, using a spoon. Create a flatbread, about 0.5cm high. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.

Add the toppings and bake for 15 minutes more.
