Dough:
  • 350 g cauliflower
  • 1 egg
  • 10 g linseed
  • salt
  • pepper
  • oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

  2. Separate the cauliflower into florets and cook until tender. Drain it and squeeze out any excess water. Blend until smooth. Add the egg, flaxseed and seasoning. Make a dough.

  3. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Transfer the dough to the tray, using a spoon. Create a flatbread, about 0.5cm high. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.

  4. Add the toppings and bake for 15 minutes more.
