- 350 g sweet potato
- 50 g grated mozzarella cheese
- 150 g ready-to-eat chicken
- 20 g red onion
- 25 g low sugar ketchup
- 10 g chilli sauce
- 5 ml soy sauce
- 5 g honey
- 2 g smoked paprika
- 1 tsp chives
Instructions

Cut the sweet potato lengthwise and bake until soft. -
Cover the soft sweet potatoes with baking paper and press them into pancakes by pressing them into the pan.

Prepare the homemade sauce by mixing all the necessary ingredients.

Spread the sauce on the sweet potato, add the chicken, chopped onion and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 10‑15 minutes.
