Gluten‑free and phosphate‑free baking powder made out of cream of tartar and baking soda in organic quality. Regular baking powder is made out of phosphates which can cause an imbalance of phosphorus and calcium in your body.
The baking powder is made by Czech manufacturer with a long history. You can use this baking powder just like regular one in various kinds of dough: crushed, crispy and sponge dough, gingerbread, pancakes, etc. This type of baking powder can raise dough even at room temperature, unlike ordinary powder. Therefore, it is recommended to put the dough in the oven as soon as possible after the powder has been added in the dough.

Suggested use

- Recommended dosage (per 0.5 kg of flour): rubbed dough - 12 g, shortcrust pastry - 8 g, dumpling dough - 4 g.
