Try this fit and unfried version that will fill you up and be ready in 20 minutes! You can fill it the way you like it. We went for the classics and topped it with ketchup, cheese and lots of garlic! 🤤

Per 3 portions
- 200 g wholegrain spelt flour
- 1 egg
- 50 g semi-fat quark
- 100 ml milk
- 1 tsp cane sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp ghee
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tbsp low sugar ketchup
- 3 slices 30% edam cheese
Instructions

In a bowl, mix the flour, curd, eggs, sugar, baking powder, a pinch of salt, melted ghee and milk. -
Knead the dough well and then shape it into 2 - 3 pancakes on a baking sheet and bake at 180 °C for 20 minutes.

The pancakes can also be fried in a non‑stick pan with a little ghee, both sides until golden brown.

Serve the langos rubbed with crushed garlic and a little oil, with ketchup and grated cheese.
