It's no surprise that one‑pan spaghetti became a big TikTok hit. They're low‑effort, make almost no dirty dishes, but deliver a delicious and nutritious lunch.

  • 200 g whole grain spaghetti
  • 220 g courgette
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • olive oil
  • 1/2 lemon zest
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp onion granules
  • 1 tbsp garlic granules
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 1 tsp chilli
  • 125 g mozzarella
  • 300 g mozzarella brine

Instructions

  1. Place the pasta at the bottom of the baking dish. We chose spaghetti.

    Top it with diced courgette and whole cherry tomatoes. Grate over a zest of half a lemon and drizzle over 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Season it with onion and garlic granules, oregano, salt and chilli.

    Place the mozzarella in the middle of the dish and pour over the mozzarella juice and some water (the liquid should be about 300g).

  2. Bake in an oven pre‑heated to 200 °C for 20‑25 minutes.

  3. Once cooked, mix everything thoroughly, using two forks. Tear the mozzarella slightly and squash the tomatoes. This creates a creamy sauce.
