- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp plain yoghurt
- 1,5 cup oats
- 1 tbsp oil
- salt
- pepper
- 3 tbsp tomato puree
- 5 slices ham
- 150 g mozzarella
- basil
- 2 Portobello mushrooms
Instructions

Mix the ingredients and work them into a dough. Roll it out into a circle and bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 °C.

Cover the base with the toppings according to your preference. Tomato sauce, ham, cheese and basil (you can also just add mozzarella on the finished pizza). Bake for 10 more minutes, until the pizza is finished.
