Pasta with mozzarella and tomato sauce

Pasta:
To serve:
  • parmesan
  • mozzarella
  • cherry tomato
  • fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions.
  2. Transfer them into a pan, add the tomato sauce and some basil, and mix.

  3. Add the creamy ricotta, leave it to melt and mix again. Cook it for 7 minutes or so, lowering the heat for the last 2 minutes and mixing again.

  4. Transfer it to a plate and serve it with mozzarella, grated Parmesan, roasted cherry tomatoes and fresh basil. Enjoy!
