Per 1 portion
- 80 g spelt pasta
- 100 g arrabbiata tomato sauce
- 20 g ricotta
- 1 tsp dried basil
- parmesan
- mozzarella
- cherry tomato
- fresh basil
Instructions

Cook the pasta according to the instructions.

Transfer them into a pan, add the tomato sauce and some basil, and mix.

Add the creamy ricotta, leave it to melt and mix again. Cook it for 7 minutes or so, lowering the heat for the last 2 minutes and mixing again.

Transfer it to a plate and serve it with mozzarella, grated Parmesan, roasted cherry tomatoes and fresh basil. Enjoy!
