Did you love langos with heaps of tartare sauce, ketchup and cheese when you were a child? Us too. In fact, we still do. However, we do think more about our nutrition now.
That's why we made the original recipe a little bit lighter. We've added curd cheese to make it smoother and richer in protein, and we used a small amount of ghee instead of a large amount of oil.

Per 3 portions
- 200 g spelt flour
- 100 ml plant based milk
- 50 g curd cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp ghee
- 1 tsp cane sugar
- 1 pinch baking powder
- ketchup
- Cheese
Instructions

First, mix flour, sugar and baking powder in a large bowl. Whisk the egg with milk, curd cheese, and ghee, and add this mixture to the dry ingredients. Mix well. The dough should be slightly sticky, not too runny.

Form mini langos and fry them in a pan using a small amount of ghee (approx 3 minutes on each side). Serve with ketchup and grated cheese. Enjoy!
