You have no time to prepare breakfast in the morning, but don't want to always eat a toast on the go? Let's meal prep your breakfast. Those baked oats with blueberries and lemon zest taste like a decadent dessert but contain some powerful macronutrients. One portion has 16g of protein that will keep you going until lunch. Just bake them the night before, cut a slice in the morning, top it with some nut butter, and you're good to go.🫐

Instructions

  1. Prepare a baking tin or a bread tin.

  2. In the form, mash the ripened bananas, add oats, vanilla protein, baking powder and chia seeds. Add milk, lemon zest, and a couple of drops of vanilla extract. Mix well.

  3. Top it with Greek yoghurt and blueberries, and drizzle with maple syrup.

  4. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 °C for 35 minutes.

  5. After baking, serve with a dollop of Greek yoghurt or quark, fruit and your favourite nut butter.
