Those baked oats with blueberries and lemon zest taste like a decadent dessert but contain some powerful macronutrients. One portion has 16g of protein that will keep you going until lunch. Just bake them the night before, cut a slice in the morning, top it with some nut butter, and you're good to go.🫐

- 120 g oats
- 30 g vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 400 ml milk
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- vanilla extract
- 200 g blueberries
- 140 g non-fat Greek yoghurt
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions

Prepare a baking tin or a bread tin.

In the form, mash the ripened bananas, add oats, vanilla protein, baking powder and chia seeds. Add milk, lemon zest, and a couple of drops of vanilla extract. Mix well.

Top it with Greek yoghurt and blueberries, and drizzle with maple syrup.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 °C for 35 minutes.

After baking, serve with a dollop of Greek yoghurt or quark, fruit and your favourite nut butter.
