You probably already know Overnight Oats. But we've got some inspiration for your next combination. A bottom layer of soft oats and another of Greek yoghurt and protein will give you a dose of protein, followed by a delicious chocolate layer topped with freeze‑dried strawberries. Preparation is easy and when you pull the jar out of the fridge in the morning and start eating, you'll have a nicer day right away! The flavours blend beautifully, the flake layer is perfectly creamy and the chocolate‑covered strawberries add the perfect finishing touch. 🍓

Instructions

  1. Strawberry Overnight OatsIn a bowl, mix the oats with the milk and honey and divide between two glasses/bowls.

  2. Mix the yogurt with the protein and layer on top of the oatmeal.

  3. Melt the milk chocolate. Add protein cream, Greek yoghurt and mix to make a smooth frosting. If the frosting is too stiff, place in the microwave for a few seconds. Spread the frosting on top of the yogurt layer.

  4. Finally, garnish with freeze‑dried strawberries and refrigerate overnight. In the morning just take out and enjoy.Strawberry Overnight Oats
