Instructions

  1. High Protein Baked Pancake BowlPreheat the oven to 180 °C.

  2. Prepare 2 bowls that can go in the oven. Mix the ingredients for the base (eggs, yogurt, milk, flour, protein powder, stevia, baking powder) in each separately and add fruit or chocolate chips on top if you like. This way you can make multiple variations depending on what you're in the mood for.

  3. Put in the oven and bake for about 20‑22 minutes.

  4. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5‑10 minutes. Then garnish with yogurt and any toppings you like. Peanut butter or chocolate and strawberry prebio topping is great.
