Come and try this delicious and simple porridge, which you will really enjoy. We have reduced the amount of fat, using our peanut butter powder instead of the classic peanut butter. The combination of dates, peanuts and chocolate is simply irresistible.

- 45 g cashew with caramel overnight oats mix
- 80 ml milk
- 80 g low fat cottage cheese
- 15 g powdered peanut butter
- 10 g peanuts
- 20 g sayer dates
- 10 g powdered peanut butter
- 5 tbsp water
- 15 g dark chocolate drops
- 1 tbsp milk
- 2 peanuts
- 5 g protein crispies
Instructions

Prepare all the ingredients. -
First, blend the cottage cheese until smooth.

Mix the overnight oats mixture with the milk, blended cottage cheese and powdered peanut butter.

Chop the peanuts and add them to the porridge. Layer in a glass.

Place the dates, powdered peanut butter and warm water in a blender and blend until smooth. Layer over the porridge.

With a tablespoon of hot milk, whisk the chocolate until melted and pour over the date mixture.

Leave in the fridge until the next day.
