- 60 g oats
- 5 g chia seeds
- 50 g plain yoghurt
- vanilla Flavour Drops
- 60 g mražených borůvek
- 5 g chia seeds
- 10 g peanut butter
Instructions

Mix all the base ingredients and leave it in the fridge overnight.

Prepare the "jam". Cook the blueberries for a couple of minutes, and when they soften, add the chia seeds. Leave it to solidify for a couple of minutes.

Layer the ingredients in a jar – start with the jam, followed by oats and peanut butter.

Put the lid on, and you have a luxurious and complex breakfast you can take anywhere. Don't forget to bring a spoon!
