Instructions

  1. Mix all the base ingredients and leave it in the fridge overnight.

  2. Prepare the "jam". Cook the blueberries for a couple of minutes, and when they soften, add the chia seeds. Leave it to solidify for a couple of minutes.

  3. Layer the ingredients in a jar – start with the jam, followed by oats and peanut butter.

  4. Put the lid on, and you have a luxurious and complex breakfast you can take anywhere. Don't forget to bring a spoon!
