- 50 g oats
- 100 g mascarpone
- 150 g semi-fat quark
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 30 g vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup espresso
- 1 tbsp xylitol
- 150 g semi-fat quark
- 2 tbsp chicory syrup
- cocoa powder
Instructions

Prepare all the ingredients. In a bowl, mix all the base ingredients.

In a separate bowl, mix the cream ingredients: curd cheese and chichory syrup. Keep the cocoa powder for topping.
