- 2 tbsp salted caramel protein powder
- cup water
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Topping:
- 2 tbsp pecans

- salted caramel prebiotic topping low sugar
- dark chocolate shard
Instructions

Add the oatmeal, cottage, protein powder, and water to the blender and blend until smooth.
