Instructions

  1. Add the oatmeal, cottage, protein powder, and water to the blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Divide the cream into two jars and add and stir 1/2 tablespoon of chia seeds into each jar.

  3. Close the jars and leave them to rest in the fridge for at least 4 hours, but preferably overnight.
