Instructions

Start by searing a good‑quality ham or bacon in a hot pan. Put some ghee in the same pan and prepare your scrambled eggs the way you like them.

In a bowl, mix cream cheese, your favourite herbs, a little lemon juice, mix, salt and pepper.

To finish, slice the croissant, spread it with the herby spread, add eggs, toasted ham, avocado slices, a spoonful of chutney, salt and pepper as needed and enjoy!
