Instructions

  1. Bake the focaccia according to our recipe and divide it into 12 pieces.

  2. Prepare the ingredients from the photo for the filling.

  3. Slice one piece of the focaccia lengthwise and start to fill it.

    Spread the chutney over the bottom part, then top with two pieces of mozzarella and 2 pieces of prosciutto. Take two tuna fillets, place them on top, and then add rocket and 2 pieces of tomato.

    Cover it with the top half of the focaccia, drizzled with some chilli sauce.

  4. Wrap it in a napkin or baking paper so it's easier to eat, and you're done.
