This recipe is for all the lovers of creamy desserts who also don't want to spend hours in the kitchen. The best thing about this cake is that you don't have to make any dough for it. It's filling, full of protein and very fresh thanks to the fruits. The ingredients are for one tray of size 20x30 cm.

- 500 g light curd cheese
- 2 eggs
- 40 g vanilla protein powder
- 20 g cane sugar
- 140 g wholegrain spelt flour
- 140 g semi-coarse flour
- 60 g xylitol
- 40 g cane sugar
- 130 g butter
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 400 g of frozen fruit

Prepare the curd cheese filling by mixing the quark, eggs, protein and sugar.

In another bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, sweetener (we used Xylitol) and sugar. Add the softened butter and work it into a loose mixture.

Divide the dough into two roughly equal portions. Place the larger one onto a baking tray lined with baking paper, and then pour over the curd cheese filling. Sprinkle over the fruit and cover with the second half of the dough.

Bake it at 170 °C for 45 minutes, or until the top of the cake turns golden. Let it cool completely before slicing it.
