Tuna spread:
- 1 tuna in brine
- 130 g Greek yoghurt
- 2 tsp dill
- 3 spring onions
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp garlic granules
- 1/2 tsp chilli
- salt
- pepper
Serving:
- 1 tomato
- 1/2 avocado
- pesto genovese
- 2 pita breads
Instructions

First, mix the tuna together with the Greek yogurt, dill, spring onions, Dijon mustard, dried garlic, chilli, salt and pepper. Use a fork to mix everything into a creamy spread. -
Cut the pita bread and toast it on the grill or in a pan.

Spread one half of the pita bread with the tuna spread and place the tomato slices on top. Spread the other half of the pita bread with basil pesto, add avocado slices and fold over.

Then just serve it or pack it to take with you on the road, to school, to work or on a trip!
