Base:
- 4 slices sourdough bread
- 1 packet tuna in brine
- 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp dill
- 1 tbsp onion
- himalayan salt
- pepper
- butter
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Optional Filling:
- 4 slices hard cheese
- 6 slices cherry tomatoes
- 6 slices avocado

Place the tuna without the brine, finely chopped onion, dill, yogurt and mustard in a bowl.

Season to taste and add lemon juice. Mix everything well.

Spread a little butter on the outside of the bread and spread the tuna salad in between, then place the avocado, tomatoes and cheese on top.

Put in the grill or toaster oven until crispy.
