- 3 eggs
- 30 g Feta cheese
- 20 g baby spinach
- 10 g dried tomatoes
- 1 tbsp pesto genovese
- 30 g avocado
- avocado oil
- salt
- pepper
Instructions

Beat the eggs with a fork with salt and pepper.

In a pan with a little oil, saute the baby spinach and pour the eggs on top.

Before the eggs harden completely, dip both sides of the toothpicks in them and then place both side by side on the omelette.
