- 300 ml milk
- 250 g wholegrain spelt flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- 20 g ghee
- olive oil spray
- 3 pinches salt
Sandwich
- slaného ořechového másla BBQ Bacon
- pomazánka
- lamb's lettuce
- 1/2 tomato
- 1 egg
Instructions

Preheat the waffle maker and spray it with some olive oil.

Mix the flour, milk, baking powder, egg, melted ghee and salt. Work it into a dough.

Bake it in the waffle maker until golden (about 10 minutes) and prepare the fried egg in the meantime.

Top with the spreads, tomato, lamb's lettuce and fried egg.
