- 4 slices toast bread
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 200 g asparagus
- 3 tbsp white vinegar
- 100 g avocado
- 1 pinch himalayan salt
- 100 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 pinch onion granules
- 1 pinch pepper
- jalapeno pepper
Instructions

First, load up on asparagus. Clean it, remove the woody parts and cut it into small rounds.

Drizzle with vinegar, water, and add a pinch of salt. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Next, prepare the avocado and mash it with lemon juice. Season with salt, pepper and dried onion or dried garlic.
At the same time, cut the tomatoes into smaller pieces and then mix them together with the avocado mixture, a few slices of jalapeno peppers and asparagus without brine.

Now just toast the slices of toasted bread in 1 tablespoon of avocado oil and fill with the mixture.
