These mini matcha pancakes are a cute and fun way to spice up a classic weekend morning. Thanks to their tiny size, they are great not only for children, but also for adults as cereal with milk or yogurt.

- 80 g oats
- 250 ml milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp xylitol
- tsp salt
Instructions

In a large bowl, first mix the eggs, xylitol and milk. Whisk until ingredients are combined. Then grind the flakes into flour and add to the dough together with baking powder and salt. Finally, stir in the matcha powder.

Use a dropper to form rounds about 1cm in size and let them toast for one minute.

Then put the pancakes on a plate and repeat until all the batter has been processed. Serve with milk, yoghurt and fruit or as you like.
