Per 3 portions
- 1 packet Vilgain whole wheat tortillas
- 300 g apple
- 1 tbsp ghee
- 1 tbsp cane sugar
- tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 100 ml water
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- 100 g light curd cheese
- 1 tbsp ghee
- 1 tbsp cane sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions

Dice the apples. Heat 1 tablespoon of ghee in a pan, add chopped apples, sprinkle with date sugar, cinnamon and lightly fry for about 1 minute on medium heat. Then add lemon juice, pour in 50 ml of water and stir.

Simmer for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, whisk the cornstarch in the remaining water, add to the apple mixture and stir until the mixture thickens. Then remove from the heat and allow to cool.

Fill the tortilla with one tablespoon of curd cheese and an equal amount of apple mixture. Roll up and bake at 175 °C in an oven or hot air fryer until crispy.

After baking, brush the tortillas with melted butter and then roll them in the cinnamon sugar mixture. Serve ideally still warm.
