- 125 g light curd cheese
- vanilla stevia drops
- 3 tsp chia seeds
- milk
- Vilgain Extra Jam - mango & maracuja
- freeze-dried raspberries
Instructions

Mix the biscuits into flour, add a little milk and make a dough.

Then spoon the mixture into the bottom of a small round mould.

Sweeten the curd cheese with vanilla flavored stevia drops and mix it with the chia seeds.

Put it on the biscuit base and let it sit in the fridge overnight.

Finish with mango & maracuja jam and freeze‑dried raspberries. Enjoy!
