Instructions

  1. Quick Breakfast Cheesecake with Chia SeedsMix the biscuits into flour, add a little milk and make a dough.

  2. Then spoon the mixture into the bottom of a small round mould.

  3. Sweeten the curd cheese with vanilla flavour drops and mix it with the chia seeds.

  4. Put it on the biscuit base and let it sit in the fridge overnight.
