Per 4 portions
- 2 bananas
- 30 g vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
- 100 ml plant based milk
- 10 g nut butter
- 100 g dark chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Instructions
-
Put the frozen banana pieces, a scoop of protein powder, half a teaspoon of ground vanilla and a little vegetable milk into the blender and start blending. Add the milk gradually. Make sure that the texture stays nice and creamy and not too watery.
-
Start pouring the blended mixture into the prepared moulds. Add a teaspoon of salted caramel nut butter to the center of the popsicle and pop it in the freezer. Preferably overnight.
-
The next day, heat the chocolate chips with a teaspoon of coconut oil in a taller pot and gradually dip each popsicle into the melted chocolate. Don't wait for anything and put them in the freezer again, this time for at least 3 hours.
-
Then it's up to you if you want to decorate the finished popsicles with something else. You can drizzle them with chocolate topping, add freeze dried fruit, coconut, nuts, etc. We'll leave the creative part up to you. Just don't forget to show us the result on Instagram with @vilgaincooking. :)
