- 1 banana
- 250 g oats
- 30 g chocolate chips
- 20 g maple syrup
- 50 g peanut butter
- 30 g cinnamon roll protein powder

In a bowl, mash the banana, add the oatmeal, chocolate chips (we chose dark chocolate, but which version you choose is up to you), maple syrup, peanut butter and protein.

Work the mixture into a sticky dough and form 12 equal sized balls.

Press the balls in your hand into a patty and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 13 minutes, until the cookies are crispy on the outside and nice and soft on the inside.
