Strawberry, apricot, blueberry... They're all great, but have you ever tried Ferrero Rocher dumplings? We bet you haven't. And you're missing out, because the soft dough is perfectly complemented by the melted chocolate inside and the crunchy hazelnuts we've coated the dumplings in. And that strawberry on top? 🤤
So let's experiment a little and taste something new again.

Per 3 portions
- 1 egg
- 125 g light curd cheese
- 80 g semi-coarse flour
- 20 g coconut flour
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 1 pinch himalayan salt
- butter
- 1 cup hazelnuts
- 3 strawberries
- ghee
Instructions

In a bowl, mix the egg, cottage cheese, flour, cocoa powder and a pinch of salt to form a slightly sticky dough. Leave it in the fridge for at least 20 minutes to firm up more.

While this is happening, toast a handful of hazelnuts in a pan. Then remove the skins and roughly blend them.

Divide the dough into 6 pieces and fill each piece with a chocolate cube. Roll the dough into balls with your hands.

Cook the dumplings in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes. Soak them in warmed ghee and coat them in ground hazelnuts. Garnish with fresh strawberries, which go perfectly with the dark chocolate.
