  • 29 g carbohydrates
  • 20 g fats

Per 3 portions

Dumplings:
  • 1 egg
  • 125 g light curd cheese
  • 80 g semi-coarse flour
  • 20 g coconut flour
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 pinch himalayan salt
Filling:
Topping:
  • butter
  • 1 cup hazelnuts
  • 3 strawberries
  • ghee

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the egg, cottage cheese, flour, cocoa powder and a pinch of salt to form a slightly sticky dough. Leave it in the fridge for at least 20 minutes to firm up.

  2. While this is happening, toast a handful of hazelnuts in a pan. Then remove the skins and roughly blend them.

  3. Divide the dough into 6 pieces and fill each piece with a chocolate cube. Roll the dough into balls with your hands.

  4. Cook the dumplings in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes. Soak them in warm ghee and coat them in ground hazelnuts. Garnish with fresh strawberries, which go perfectly with the dark chocolate.
