Per 3 portions
- 1 egg
- 125 g light curd cheese
- 80 g semi-coarse flour
- 20 g coconut flour
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 1 pinch himalayan salt
- butter
- 1 cup hazelnuts
- 3 strawberries
- ghee
Instructions

In a bowl, mix the egg, cottage cheese, flour, cocoa powder and a pinch of salt to form a slightly sticky dough. Leave it in the fridge for at least 20 minutes to firm up.

While this is happening, toast a handful of hazelnuts in a pan. Then remove the skins and roughly blend them.

Divide the dough into 6 pieces and fill each piece with a chocolate cube. Roll the dough into balls with your hands.

Cook the dumplings in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes. Soak them in warm ghee and coat them in ground hazelnuts. Garnish with fresh strawberries, which go perfectly with the dark chocolate.
