Per 1 portion
- 200 g cottage cheese
- 1 egg
- 10 g cocoa powder
- chocolate stevia drops
- 1 banana
- 15 g peanut butter
- 5 g peanuts
Instructions

First mix the ingredients for the base - cottage cheese, egg and cocoa. Also add sweetener, we chose chocolate stevia drops.

Pour the mixture onto a baking tray lined with baking paper, spread it out and bake at 200 °C for about 30 minutes.

When the pancake has cooled, remove the baking paper, spread peanut butter on half of it, add the banana and roll everything up.

Finally, just roll up, garnish with another layer of peanut butter, chopped nuts and enjoy!
