- 200 g strawberries

- freeze dried strawberries
Instructions

Transfer cottage cheese, fresh strawberries and maple syrup to a blender. Blend until smooth.

Pour half of the ice cream into a bowl.

Crumble the strawberry coconut cookie over the ice cream and sprinkle with slices of freeze‑dried strawberries.
